• Member Background Information: We will collect background information that you provide to us, possibly including, but not limited to, your date of birth, ethnicity, gender, biography, primary job role, job functions, job history, education, professional memberships, areas of interest, social media handles, honors and awards, in accordance with this privacy policy at the time of collection. Such information is collected to analyze member background and improve the member experience.

• Payment Information: If you choose to purchase a product or service, we and/or our third-party payment processors will collect your payment information, including, but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, card verification value (CVV) number, and expiration date. This information will not be saved or shared to any entity other than the credit/debit card processor during the time of the transaction. 

• Enrollment, Registration, and Order Form Information: In order to enroll in or register for an the hive collective inc program, attend the hive collective inc events, meetings, or conferences, or request the hive collective inc products or services, you will be required to fill out a registration or order form and provide personal information, which we will use to process your registration or order. In certain circumstances, a program, event, meeting, or conference accessed through the Site may be jointly sponsored or co-sponsored with another organization. The Site and our services and products only collect the information provided by the parent or guardian of the children that will attend our cooperative program or join our membership. This information is used for data statistics in the case of membership, and used for class scheduling, registration needs, and teacher assignments. Children's information is only stored upon your consent to this privacy policy, as with all other information provided to the hive collective inc by the adult member who joins the hive collective inc membership.
